Narita to Ryogoku. 2008/1/8 12:36
Hey all. I ship out tomorrow morning, but I'm a little confused by the transit. I think I should be fine once I get to my Hotel near the Ryogoku Station and slowly venture out from my hotel there, but getting there seems to be an issue.

Anyone know what the best/simplest route is to get to Ryogoku from Narita Airport?

Thanks in advance.

Train Routes 2008/1/8 14:59
There are two possible routes.

Route 1: (81 minutes, 3140 yen)
From Narita Airport, take the Narita Express for Tokyo. Then take the Yamanote Line for Akihabara, then transfer to the Sobu/Chuo line for Ryogoku.

Route 2: (92 minutes, 1150 yen)
From Narita Airport, take the Keisei Line for Nippori (Tokyo). The take the Yamanote line headed for Akihabara then transfer to the Sobu/Chuo line for Ryogoku.

The simplistic route:

Take the hourly departing JR RAPID Service train from Narita Airport (this is the JR RAPID, not the NARITA EXPRESS), the Rapid departs once an hour at the top of the hour from Narita Airport.

Take that train to Kinshicho Station, then make on transfer to the Sobu Line (Chuo Line local) to Ryogoku Station one stop over.
