Beppu Hells

I'm planning to arrive Beppu at about 11am on a Sunday, and would like to visit 4 Hells (Umi Jigoku, Oniishibozu Jigoku, Shiraike Jigiku and Chinoike Jigoku), have lunch at Daikokuya, and visit the Japan Bamboo Musuem (closes at 5.30pm).

My questions are:

1) Do I have enough time to see 4 Hells + Bamboo Museum + lunch in 5.5 hours?

2) What is the average amount of time recommended at each Hell? (is 25-30 min. enough?)

3) How long does it take to walk from Umi Jigoku to Daikokuya, which I read is 5 min away from the Kannawa bus stop?

Yes, I think it is doable. The main problem, where you can lose time, are bus connections.

I found about 10 minutes to be enough.

How long does it take to walk from Umi Jigoku to Daikokuya, which I read is 5 min away from the Kannawa bus stop?

All the hells within the Kannawa area are easy walks apart from each other.
