I have plans to rent a car when I go to Okinawa. The rental center is located close to the airport, but there is an option to have the car picked up at the airport. How does this work? What do I do when I get to the airport? Also, when I'm done with the car where would I drop it off?

There are car rental desks at the airport. Go there, and the staff will drive you to the rental car outlet.

Also, I don't have a credit card, can I still make a reservation?
Is ToCoo available all year? On their website it reads they are closed until June.
