Are there any private onsens in Takayama?

Some of the ryokan have small baths that are piped in onsen water. You even have to pay the onsen tax. However, you have to be staying at the ryokan to use them. I think the Minshuku Kuwataniya is one inexpensive one with an onsen.

Unfortunately we wonLt be staying over night in Takayama. I am going for a day trip with my boyfriend and was hoping to find a private onsen we could use for an hour or so.
