I'm planning to take a JR overnight bus from Tokyo to Kyoto. The online booking is in Japanese which I do not understand. I rather write email (as I've other queries) than call. Anyone knows the email address?

I don't think JR Bus has e-mail addresses for customer inquiries. But here are some phone numbers:

When you do not want to e-mail in Japanese, try to contact the JR office in New York or in Paris, they accept e-mail in English. http://www.japanrail.com/contact/index.html
