Mt Fuji & Hakone Day Pass & Kawaguchiko

pls advise are 3 places same ? If buy Hakone Day Pass that inclTozan cable car & cruise, does it mean we been to Mt Fuji ? If in kawaguchiko, stay in onsen, will we be able to see Mt Fuji?
If we tour hakone, how we get to Mt Fuji if they are different ?
Very confused.
To Hakone fr Tyo, do we use JR Railway pass ? Or better and faster form of transportation ?
