Abashiri to Akan-kohan
Akan-kohan to Kushiro Station
Noboribetsu Station to and from Noboribetsu Onsen

I believe there is only the following sightseeing bus via Masshuko:

10:00 Abashiri
15:35 Akanko

Akan-kohan to Kushiro Station

The one way trip takes 2 hours.

Noboribetsu Station to and from Noboribetsu Onsen

Every 30 minutes or so.
