From New Nagoya Airport to Mie-ken?

What is the fastest way to get to Suzuka city in Mie ken from NEW Nagoya airport (Chyubu kokusai kuukou??)? I heard there was even a boat going to somewhere Mie from the new airport. Also, I think there is an express shuttle to Mie. I need to go to Suzuka city in Mie. What is the best way to get there? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I recommend to travel via Nagoya Station: Meitetsu between the airport and Nagoya and either Kintetsu or JR between Nagoya and Suzuka, depending on where in Suzuka you are heading.
