my current visa status is specialist in humanities..and working under this for 5 years but i had to change my company once..so will that matter when i apply for the permenent visa..?i've been working for the current company for 3 years..and note ive been here in japan for totaly 10years

Changing companies or visas statuses (other then Tourism) does not matter, as long as you have continuously stayed in Japan during that time (eg you didn't move back to your country or live in another country).
So if you have lived in Japan for 10 years consecutively now, I think you are more then qualified to apply for PR.
