Working Holiday in Osaka 2008/1/25 05:34
Hello everyone,

I am planning to head to Osaka for a working holiday for 2 months in July and August [I have most of the papers all handled already]. My main concern is what the living conditions are for that area and if I'll be able to find somewhere to live for 2 months [Are Gaijin houses any good in Osaka and if so then how much should I be willing to pay for accomodation].

please have a look at
www.wmt-osaka.com/ (weekly Mansions Osaka) they go from studios to apartments with several bedrooms.
and look at www.o-e-h.com/tope.htm for a gaijin house.
Osaka is my favorite town in Japan but it isn't the cheapest. You can of course rent a cheaper place in the burbs(Osaka transit is great) but you may have to wait until you are there.
