How to travel Japan-Laos-Japan

Just to put it simply:
I tried to search for airline that goes between Japan and Laos, but could not find anything. What would be the most wisest way to travel from Japan to Laos and back to Japan? Traveling should not take too many days and it should be pretty cheap as I just don't have too much money to spend. Many Thanks!

In order to get from Laos to Japan (Vientiane I suppose), youLll need to do scales as there arenLt any direct flights. Seems all your options are to take first a flight to Hanoi; then from Hanoi thereLre regular flights to Osaka and Kyoto.

Completely messed up there... As is Japan-Laos-Japan is obviously the contrary; YouLll have to go via Vietnam; First to Hanoi (from either TOKYO or OSAKA (not Kyoto or Osaka as I said before), and then from Hanoi to Vientiane.

I have been to Laos from Japan- I flew to Bangkok and took an overnight train to the border at Nong Khai, then taxi to Vientiane. At the time flights to Hanoi were more expensive than now, so that was a much cheaper alternative as flights to Bangkok have always been relatively cheap.

I also traveled to Laos from Thailand. Firstly, you might want to find a cheapish return ticket to Bangkok from Japan. http://www.no1-travel.com/http://www.etour.co.jp/en/index.htmlThere are several ways to get there from Bangkok. 1) Overnight train: This goes to Nong Khai from either Bangkok Hualamphong or Donmuang Station. Catch a taxi from the official taxi rank at Suvarnabhumi Airport to the station. It won't cost a fortune. Around 1,000yen. Allow yourself at least one hour delay on the train. After arriving at Nong Khai, catch a direct bus to Vientiane. It will take 2 hours as it crosses the border. Train info: http://www.seat61.com/Thailand.htmBear in mind that you may not be able to get a sleeper ticket on a short notice. 2) Bus: This leaves for Nong Khai from Bangkok Mo Chit bus station. Catch a taxi from the airport to the bus station and take the right bus to Nong Khai. Then follow what I suggested in #1. Bus info: http://www.transport.co.th/Eng/HomeEnglish.htm3) Flight: Book an cheapish ticket from Bangkok to Udon Thani on Airasia site. After deplaning at Udon Thani, catch a bus to the border. After you go through the immigration formalities, take a tuk tuk or bus to Vientiane. Airasia site: http://www.airasia.com/site/my/en/home.jsp4) Bangkok Air Discovery Airpass: Fastest way to travel. Great value for money. Contact Lao Airlines in Japan for reservation. http://www.lao-airlines.jp/english.htmInfo on this pass: http://www.bangkokair.com/en/airpass.phpHappy travels.
