Laundry mats in Shinjuku?

We will be staying at the Hilton Hotel in Shinjuku. Does anyone know of any laundry facilities close to where we will be? How much money does it cost to do laundry at a coin-op?

There is one in a walking distance from Hilton. But I don't know how much they charge you.

I just got back from holiday in Shinjuku, and I followed advice from another forum to ask at reception in the hotel. My hotel (Sunroute Plaza in Shinjuku) gave me a map to 5 launderettes nearby, even though they offer a laundry service in the hotel.

The one I used was behind the hospital near to a local onsen and train station, near to a dance studio but I can't remember the exact location.
