I'm confused about the Shinkansen Bullet Train & the No Nozomi train as I will have a JR pass & I want to ride the Bullet Train is this possible with the pass,

Nozomi is the name of a type of Shinkansen train that only stops at few stops. Hikari is another type of shinkansen. it stops at more stops so it is slower than Nozomi. Kodoma is ths slowest of all shinkansens as it stops everywhere.
with a JR PASS the best bet is the Hikari. Please note that "bullet" train isn't a good name and isn't used in Japan. Very fast train sounds so much better.
