I`m married to a japanese national and presently working here in japan for almost 2years. We`re planning to go back to the phils. I heard from a friend that once I resign I can refund all the taxes i have paid? Is it true and how can I refund the tax?What are the requirements and where can I apply?Hope i can get some information regarding this matter..
