I'm writing the sentences in informal speech, assuming that you want to say this to someone you were somewhat close with.
How come you don't talk to me any more?
- Doushite kuchi wo kiite kurenai no?
Why do you always avoid me?
- Doushite itsumo watashi wo sakeru no?
What did do to make you ignore me? (I rephrased it to say "Did I do something wrong to make you ignore me?")
- Mushi sareru nante, nani ka ikenai koto wo shita?
