If I arrive at Kyoto at 20:20 local time is there any chance of catching any train or airport limousine after clearing customs?
Is there luggage storage /lockers in JR Takayama station?

I assume you meant Kansai Airport rather than Kyoto. The last train connection from Kansai Airport to Kyoto leaves the airport around 11pm. The last bus at 21:45.

Yes, I have used them last September when waiting for the bus to Kamikochi. The larger lockers are on the outside of the station and not directly obvious at first glance but there is a sign overhead the door to the lockers. We went to the information desk outside the station and they pointed them out for us.
