Hello,
I plan to go from Toyko to Fukuoka by car and now I am wondering how much the highway fees are...does anyone know this?

Wow, what a trip!
The tolls are about 22,000 Yen.
The distance is 1100 km. It will take a full day of almost constant driving. Unless there are two drivers, I recommend to overnight once along the way.

Note that the more stops you make, the more expensive the tolls become. For example, if you interrupt your trip in Nagoya, Kyoto and Hiroshima along the way, the total tolls will increase to about 25,000 yen.
