Dear all,
anybody knows a shop where I can buy traditional men clothes like Haori, Samue, Juban, Obi in Fukuoka and/ or Kyoto?

Do you want to buy it used or new?
I know that there are several used markets in Kyoto(Check your local papers/info source for dates and times) along with shops that sell used clothing, Just look for the Kimono Kanji. As for new Kyoto is again the place to look, I am not sure of any shops off the top of my head but if you wander about or ask a local they can point you to one.
Hopefully that gives you a place to start.
