From Narita Airport To Park Hotel

We (2) are arriving @ Narita Airport at 20.00 hrs. & were hoping to get the Limo bus to Park Hotel.but will be too late. has anyone taken the Narita Express Train. We arrive from Cairns en route back to Heathrow. & staying @ Park Hotel.We are not sure at all about taking the train journey as will have heavy luggage & bad back, are there lots of steps etc.? We have not traveled in Tokyo before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Many Thanks B

I recommend to take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station and catch a taxi from there. Make sure that the taxi driver gets the correct hotel. There are many hotels in Tokyo with "Park" in their name, including Park Hyatt, Park Hotel, Royal Park Shiodome Tower, etc.
