Hi Hannah,
Qoo can be bought in many Japanese food stores in the US. Perhaps if you tell us where in the U.S. you live, we can be helpful.
BTW, Qoo is a product of Coka-Cola.

You can buy Qoo (limited selection) at Japanese stores such as Nijiya, Marukai and Mitsuwa.
