Can anyone let me know what the following means? I looks like they are having a sale. But is it a clearance sale or close sale? It looks like the latter because the kanji 閉店 means shop close... So I guess they are having a finally shop sale before they are gone for good?

Yes, they are closing on 31st March, so last orders have to be placed by 17th March.
There is no charge for shipping.

Since they have other departments as well... especially the font downloading service... How do I ask if the commercial font purchase and download service will be gone as well?... Since this is the only one I have found so far that allow international customers to make purchases...
