I was reading something the other day and found a line I couldn't really make sense of. Could anybody lend me a hand?

またお手て引いてもらわないと帰れもしないんだっけ?

I was thinking it's something along the lines of, shaking hands and going home... maybe? The 手て引いて bit is the part that's a little confusing for me.

また お手て 引いて もらわないと 帰れも しないんだっけ?

Again you cannot go home without having your hand led (by someone)/without someone leading your way?

お手手 is a child's term for "te," hand.
