Going to Osaka/Kyoto for 12 days March 6-18.
I have an advanced degree in historic textiles and costume and was wodnering are there any 'must sees' that I shouldn't miss.
I've heard about yuzen dying, and would like to see/learn about it but don't know where.

Kyoto museums with textiles and costumes: Nishijin Textile Centre, (looms, weaving demonstrations, fashion shows Costume Museum, Shinhana-ya-cho-kado, Horikawa-dori, Shimogyo-ku, 600-8468 Kyoto National Museum, (textiles), 527 Chaya-machi, Higashiyama-Ku, 605-0931 Kyoto Prefectural Museum, (textiles), Shimogamo Hangi-cho, Sakyo-ku, 606 Imadegawa Minami-iru Horikawa, Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto-shi 602-8216 please ask the tourist info centre in the JR Kyoto main station.
