I love aquariums and I wanted to know where are the best aquariums of Japan. Thank you.

OK, I'm biased as I have only been to one (after much research) and that would be Kaiyukan in Osaka.

Please see the link at:

The other major aquarium in Japan is the one in Okinawa at:

I must have been to close to two dozens (but not all) aquariums across Japan. I found the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium the best, followed by the Kaiyukan in Osaka.

Oh thanks. I've been to two or three aquariums. Osaka aquarium was really good. Although the one in Miyajima was good because of the extremely kawaii belugas that posed with me in every picture and the deceased panda dolphins.

But what do you think about Marine World (in Fukuoka), the one in Kobe, Aquas (Shimane) and the one in Nagoya?

Besides the one in Okinawa and Osaka, are another aquariums in your top 5?

Nagoya Aquarium 2008/2/28 06:21
Nagoya aquarium is awesome. Especially the dolphin and the whale show. I recommend going to nagoya aquarium.
