Is there any pass that I can purchase including shingansen from Tokyo to Kobe. I am planning to stop by Narita and then take shingansen to Kobe. I would like to purchase a pass for three days. Thank you!

If you only want to go to Kobe, could you not fly into Kansai? It will be much cheaper and save you time.
Failing that, the only pass would be a 7 day JR Rail Pass at 28,300 Yen. Regular fare for Narita to Shin Kobe round trip would be 31,500 Yen.
