I am visiting Japan next month and would like to purchase a train ticket on Narita Express to travel to Yokohama. I live in Chicago

Brinda,
You can buy it at the airport when you arrive. There is no need to reserve seats in advance for trains from Narita Airport, as you can never be exactly sure what time your plane will arrive or how long immigration control will take.

I had my NEX info in my hand walking though the station. A worker pulled me aside and pointed me to the right counter. Extremely easy. I got my ticket.They gave me all the info that I needed. It was a great start to a great trip.
