Hotspring Access from Nagano JR

Going to Nagano tomorrow, and would like to visit a hot spring.
We are travelling via Shinkansen.
I am not fit (have a knee and foot injury) so don't want an hour long walk to a Hot Spring.
Does anyone know a fairly inexpensive hotspring accessible easily from the JR Nagano station that would allow me and my husband to bath together?
By inexpensive, if we have to stay overnight, we don't want to be paying more than 100-200 maximum.
Also, directions or a link to a map would be nice.
It is an experience we would like to share.
Thank you in advance.

Nagano is a town of 400 000 inhabitants. I am not aware of any onsen near Nagano JR station.

Hi Peter
Thanks for posting.
It doesn't have to be near - just accessible from.
Example: a bus that leaves from the station. Many hotels have shuttles or courtesy buses that run from JR stations - Im just having trouble locating an onsen in the area that has this kind of service.
