本日のお題 (honjitsu no o-dai) = The topic of the day
本日 = "today"
お題 = "Question" or "topic." Often this is a topic, title, or seed for ideas given at a talk show to participating performers, around which the participating performers (storyteller or comedians) build their little jokes or stories.
