Hi, is there a bus from Gotemba Premium Outlet to Hakone-yumoto? What is the bus number and charges?

No. But there are a small number of buses from Gora Station:

The departures indicated with a ア go all the way to the outlet. The top table is for weekdays, the middle table is for Saturdays, and the third table is for Sundays and national holidays.
