Temperature in Tohoku

I am going to Tohoku in Apirl. Would like to know what is th temperature there between Apirl 13 to 18. Thanks

The Tohoku is a large region. Some samples for average temperatures:
Average daytime high around 13-15 degrees. Average nightime lows around 3-5 degrees. Colder in higher altitudes.
