Take care = 気をつけて or お大事に depending on context;

Judy is ジュディーor ジューディー depending on how long you pronounce the 'ju' syllable (varies with accents ^^)

In case you want to know how the Japanese is pronounced, the phrases for "take care" above are "Ki o tsukete" and "Odaiji ni". Odaiji ni is usually said to someone who is sick or injured, and means "take care" in the sense of "get well soon".
