I need to know how to write/say, ''I can speak Japanese and you can't'' in kana. I have a couple ideas of what it might be but the kanji evades me. Thanks for any help.

This translates roughly as, "As for me I can speak Japanese, the thing you cannot do."
(watashi ha nihongo o hanasu koto ga deki, koto ga deki nai. )

Sorry but the post above sounds more like "I can and cannot speak Japanese." The "the thing you..." part, which is critical here, is missing.
"While I can speak Japanese, you cannot" would be:
"Watashi wa nihongo ga hanaseru ga, anata wa dekinai."
私は日本語が話せるが、あなたはできない。
