Japan rail pass validity in osaka?

Hi, I have 1 question... I'm going to japan next tuesday, and I got a JR pass, but well, i don't understand very well the validity/exemptions of it...mostly in osaka.. anyone knows if I can use the Tozai Line and Osaka Loop line with the pass?? My hotel is close to osaka temmangu... well, thats it, thanks for the advice!

It is valid on all JR lines, including the Osaka Loop Line, Tozai, Katamachi Line (Gakkentoshi Line), Tokaido Line (Kyoto and Kobe Lines), Sakurajima Line, Kansai Line (Yamatoji Line), Hanwa Line and Kansai Kuko Line:
