JR pass vs individual tickets?

Should I purchase a 7 days JR pass vs buying point to point train tickets based on the following during a itinerary:
1. Travel from Narita airport to Tokyo Port (1 way)
2. Travel within Tokyo metropolitan area eg Hamamatscho to Akihabara (8 trips), Hamamatscho to Tokyo Disneyland (4 trips)
3. Bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto (1 way)
Just would like to check cost effective way. Thanks!
