Suica or single tickets is likely to come cheapest:

Another ticket to consider is the Tokunai Free Kippu, which gives you a round trip from Minami Urawa to Tokyo by JR and unlimited use of JR trains in central Tokyo on one day for 1,040 yen.

Looking at your itinerary you should really consider getting a hotel in Tokyo itself, especially if day 1 you're going to be traveling around Tokyo, and day 2 you'll be making a day trip to Kamakura and Yokohama.

Getting a hotel in Tokyo seems a lot more practical then staying near Minami Urawa station.
