Transportation to TDL from NRT at 1845

My flight is coming in at 1845 and the last limo bus leaves at 1700. I need to get to my hotel in the Tokyo Disney Resort.

I have come up with two ways of transport.

1) Catch the Keisei Skyliner or the Keisei limited express from the airport to Keisei-Funabashi.

a) Skyliner:
Cost: 1,220 yen / one way

b) Limited express:
Cost: 720 yen / one way
Duration: 45 to 50 minutes

Every train stops at Keisei-Funabashi.

Then catch a taxi to your hotel. It's approx. 5,000 yen.

2) JR Narita Express and Keiyo Line to Maihama via Tokyo:
Price: 3,500 yen on a 'Suica and NEX' package, which comes with 1,500 yen NEX ride to Tokyo and connecting Keiyo Line ride to Maihama, 500 yen refundable suica card and 1,500 yen suica credit.

At Tokyo station, you need to walk at least 20 to 25 minutes from the NEX platform to the Keiyo Line one. The biggest drawback.

The Keiyo Line train runs frequently and takes 15 minutes from Tokyo to Maihama.
