Help me please!

君の中であいつが真にバカップルになったとかなってないとか。バ?

nattatoka nattenaitoka - what is it? Question "or-or"? "they bacame or they didn't?"

What's the last バ? short for バカップル (bird couple) or some kind of japanese interjection?

Mika,

"バカップル" is a contraction of "バカ" + "カップル" used to describe starry-eyed lovers who are embarrassingly oblivious to the world around them - wearing matching clothes etc. I think it's a rather dated term these days.
Not sure about your other questions, although some context would help.

It's not a complete sentence, grammatically questionable, but I guess it's something like:

- (I heard something like) you have come to perceive them truly as a "stupid couple" or that you haven't. So?

I think the "ba" at the end is just a playful way to pose the question "So?" A proper word would have been "De?" (So?)

I think I get the sence now - it's really "or" and the "ba" thing is just interjection.
