I am going to Japan from the United States of America. I will be visiting and staying for 2 weeks in Totsuka-ku. What are places worth going to in that city or around it.

I used to live 5 minutes from Totsuka station. Totsuka-ku is a very small residential part of Yokohama city. It could be driven through in less than minutes, so it much smaller than you are imagining it is, and there is nothing of note there that I am aware of. You will not enjoy your stay in Japan much if you never leave Totsuka ward!
You are not far from the Yokohama station area, Chinatown, Kamakura and Enoshima, which are all well worth seeing. You can also be in central Tokyo in less than an hour, so have a look on this site for those areas and see what interests you.
