Please tell me Kanayama(aichi) station has jr counter to change jr order to jr pass in the morning 9.00am.and who knows centrair has jr counter to change jr order in the early morning?

Centrair has no JR trains so there is no JR exchange counter there.

You can change at the following stations:

From Centrair you can travel by Meitetsu Train to Nagoya Station, then change at JR Nagoya Station.
