Hakone Q tour 2days

hi there! i am interested in visiting Hakone after my dad keep telling me how gorgeous it is..... but i am a bit confusing with the Q-tour...

the above link said the trip is 2days...
(1) is the price quoted 18,500Yen inclusive accomadation as it claimed?

(2) lower in the page showed photos of the hotel & price. is it additional price that i have to pay?

(3) is it worth to take this Q tour?

The page says that the prices given are the overall prices for the 2-day tour, including transport, admission, accommodation and meals. The prices vary depending on which hotel you stay at, but the cheapest is 18,500 yen.
Is it worth it? That depends on your interests.

Thanks for the info Dave (",)after some hassle, i manage to book a room at Ichinoyu Honkan.. . seemed tough to get a room in Hakone even through the links given by yokoso japan website -.-"
