Hiya,
I will get to Japan on the 1st of June and will stay for about 3 weeks. What the weather going to be like at that time?

June is usually when the rain season (called Tsu-yu) is in Japan. Typically it doesn't last more than 4 wks, though it may vary. I could not find predictions on when tsu-yu starts this year, possibly too early for met office in Japan to publish it.
