Is there lodging on Tokashiki island?

I'm, heading to Naha at the end of April and plan to hit Tokashiki island. I searched for lodging options but only saw a campground. Are there any other options? Thanks.

I know there are several hotels and at least one resort on the island. I can't find the links at the moment. One of them is called Sunshine hotel or something of the sort. It is located in Aharen.
