Yes, when we were there a year ago they had a good 'viking', but can't remember the cost.

Just a note, if you want to stay there make sure to book months in advance. I tried to book my room for May in January, and they were already fully booked. It's a nice, popular hotel.

Can you still visit tsukiji fish market or have they stopped all visitors
You are discouraged from going during the busiest hours but you can still attend. They now have a special area of the tuna auctions that you can watch from.
When you go just be sure to stay out of the worker's way, avoid using flash when taking pictures, and don't touch the fish.
