hi,
how is the sakura update in kyoto like? i will be in kyoto from 19-21 april. any chance i'll get to see sakura in kyoto at all? possibly some specific places that have a late bloom?

I have just got back from Kyoto and the Sakura is in its full bloom.
It was starting to rain when I came out of that city and effecting the flowers to fall(8th April).
so by the time you get there I do think you will just missed it.
Go further north or somewhere cooler, you might just catch a glimse...
