JR Pass - Nozomi

The trip from Hakata to Nagoya by Nozomi is YEN 18030 and Hikari is YEN 17530. If I take the Nozomi with JR Pass, how would I be charged - the difference or YEN 18030?

The JR pass is completely invalid on the Nozomi. In the case that you want to take the Nozomi you will have to pay the full fare for a regular ticket.
