Translating help required in Kyoto

Is there anyone that would be able to help me translate an application for marriage form in Kyoto.
We are both Australian and are here to get married but are having trouble with the application.
We are in Kyoto from Sat 12/04/08 to 16/04/08.

If you are staying at a good hotel with a business center, ask if they know of any professional translation/interpreter agency in the area. Since your stay is quite short, it would be better to seek professional help rather than waiting for someone here to be in Kyoto by chance.
