time spent with you is the happiest times in my life
君と一緒に頃を経った時には私の人命が一番幸せな時です。
kimi to i-shou ni koro o toki ni wa watashi no jinmei ga ichiban shiawasena toki desu.
Probably a fluent speaker will do better, but I like giving it a shot.

time spent with you is the happiest times in my life.(Time with you is the happiest time.) - Kimi to iru toki ga ichiban shiawase. - Anata to iru toki ga ichiban shiawase.
Use "kimi" for "you" if you are a guy, use "anata" if you are a girl.
