My boyfriend is a photographer and he has an exhibit at a gallery in Japan. We will be flying there for vacation and will bring the art with us for the exhibit. Are there any regulations we should know about in advance.

I don't think you should have any difficulties brining art into Japan. But if you are in doubt, the organizer of your exhibition should be able to consult you.

Mary,
The only problem I can think of is if the photographs are of nudes. Is this the case?

Thanks for the info. Any of his nudes are more abstract. So it shouldn't be a problem.
