It seems to have been written by someone who picked up conversational, I mean real colloquial, Japanese through chatting with people at bars or some places like that... full of spelling and grammar errors, but carries the message along the line of:
- I love you, got it? (Or "You love me, I got it!") You take good care of yourself, don't fool/mess around, (I have no idea about "paru paru"), I'll cut your d***! I wanted to see you!
