Yuugiriso (Hakone) - location

I planed to book this ryokan but need more information about its location.

It is near Ashi Lake, which is quite far from Hakone Yumoto station.

Is it difficulty to reach the ryokan?
Any shuttle bus? Or any bus covered by Hakone Free Pass?
Is it near Ashi Lake cruising port? I mean withing walking distance?

And any view of the lake by the ryokan room?

Catch the bus to Hakonemachi from Hakone-Yumoto Station. The bus charge is fully covered by the Hakone pass.
It runs mostly every 15 minutes on weekdays, every 10 minutes on weekends and takes 40 minutes.
Then three minutes' walk to there.

It's very close to the crusing ship jetty.

You can take the bus either from Odawara or Yumoto to Hakone-machi.
The bus fare is cover by hakone free pass.
From Hakone-machi bus stop, walk in directon back to Motohakone for about 100m. you will see the post office.
Yugiriso entrance is next to post office.

I don't think you can see the lake from there but from some room you can see Fujisan.
